Pool of Siloam.

This pool is one of the most important of the waterworks of ancient Jerusalem. Completed in the end of eight century B.C. The place is known in the Gospels for the episode of the healing of the blind man.

"A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight"    (Luke, 14th 44)
